  This is the first time I've ever been here. I try to avoid the mall as much as possible.
  
  For fast food I was really amazed how good this chicken tastes. They even gave me a sample before I ordered it since I was hesitant.
  
  I wish the had a spicy option, but it was great as is. It was juicy and flavorful. I didn't expect that at all.

  The chicken didn't wow me, but it didn't disappoint either!
  
  A pretty good spot in the mall if you are very hungry, and don't want to wait in line. Allen and I shared a combo, since we wanted a light "snack".
  
  We got to try: fried chicken, roasted (or fried?) potatoes, and steamed vegetables.
  +1 Chicken was well fried, and not too dry! It comes with their "famous" dipping sauce, which didn't taste special (almost like spicy mayo lol) but not bad if you wanted something to bring it up a notch.
  +/-1 Indifferent to the potatoes and vegetables, should have gotten the mac n cheese/mashed potatoes instead.
  
  Overall, service was quick and friendly! They also provide small samples if you are skeptical about their quality.

  Friendly service and the chicken was not dry! My boyfriend had been bugging about fried chicken and since we were at the mall I told him to go satisfy that craving. He got a three piece chicken tenders with a side of Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy.
  
  Food was good and so was the sauce in my opinion. My boyfriend wanted more seasonings on his chicken rather than relying on the special sauce they give you.
  
  Mac and cheese - for being in a steam table was not dry at all although the noodles were a bit over cooked from sitting in the tray.
  
  Mashed potatoes - so creamy that I thought they used powdered mashed potatoes but it's red skin and had bits of red potato skin in it so don't think it's the fake stuff.
  
  Not a place I'd seek out but if I'm so happen to be at the mall craving fried chicken... this would be it.

  I was ordering food and I asked for a water cup. All of a sudden a worker grabs two waters and it spilled all over the counter onto my new purchased clothing items. They didn't even do anything about it!

  Best clean food in the Valley Fair food court (2nd floor). Chicken tenders are fresh and crispy. Potato salad and garden salad are both very fresh. Price is very reasonable ($10 for a combo meal). Other food in the food court is heavy with salt, soy sauce, MSG. Chicken Wow food is overall very healthy and tasty.
